Custom Recipe: Our animal nutrition specialists draft a tailored formula. Laboratory bench samples are prepared and dispatched to you within 10–14 business days for palatability, texture, and visual review.
3. Packaging Design & Technical Pre-Press
Provide your brand assets, or collaborate with our design team. We supply die-lines matching your desired pouch or can dimensions and verify that product label claims, ingredient decks, and nutritional panels meet destination-country compliance laws.
4. Contract Execution & Pre-Production Deposit
Once the sample and artwork proof are approved, a formal OEM contract is signed along with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your intellectual property. Production commences upon receipt of the initial deposit payment.
5. Manufacturing, Batch Testing & Quality Assurance
Production takes place in our automated, dust-free facility. Every production batch undergoes comprehensive quality testing, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses (such as Salmonella and heavy metals), before receiving a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
6. Export Logistics & After-Sales Support
Our export documentation department manages customs declaration, sanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and bill of lading issuance. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms to streamline international delivery.
