Client IP: Clients retain sole ownership of all custom brand trademarks, packaging artwork, and proprietary client-developed recipes supplied to Velmora for manufacturing. Velmora retains ownership of its standard off-the-shelf base formulas and pre-existing manufacturing process technologies.
3. Quotations, Inquiries & Product Specifications
Information provided on this website regarding product ingredients, specifications, and capabilities is for informational purposes and subject to change without notice. Formal product specifications, pricing, lead times, and payment terms are governed exclusively by signed commercial OEM agreements and Proforma Invoices (PI).
4. Compliance & Export Responsibilities
While Velmora manufactures products in compliance with agreed international standards (e.g., AAFCO, FEDIAF, GACC), the Client is responsible for ensuring that the final branded product, claims, and packaging artwork strictly adhere to all local labeling, registration, and import laws of the destination market.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Velmora be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, delayed web inquiries, or reliance on site information. Production and delivery liabilities are governed solely by specific commercial sales contracts signed between Velmora and the purchasing client.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the region of Velmora's corporate registration.
